SHIPPING INFO

All parcels are sent using Australia Post with tracking. We post Express Post to Australia and New Zealand for free on orders over $100. All orders under $100 incur $8.95 flat rate postage. International shipping is calculated at the time of checkout. Processing time is 1-3 days due to the handmade nature of our products. Standard delivery is 3-7 days, express delivery is 1-2 days. All parcels are sent from our studio in either Childers or Hervey Bay to your location.

RETURNS POLICY

At Natural AF we are committed to customer satisfaction. If you are not 100% satisfied with a product because it arrives not as described or defective in any way, let us know and we will replace your product.

Do not throw away your product if there are any problems - we want to know what exactly has gone wrong in the event of an unsatisfactory product so that it doesn’t happen again! We will send a return mail satchel with your replacement. 

Unfortunately, due to the handmade nature of our products, returns are not accepted simply for a change of mind.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

If you're not 100% satisfied going 100% natural with us, let us know and we'll work it out with you, whether replacement or refund. The remaining unused product is required to be returned for further investigation in the event that a product fails to meet standards and expectations. We'll cover the postage, just don't throw out the product! RETAILERS INFO

We are careful to ensure our products are only in stores where they shine! When approaching or approving retailers, we look for those that share our eco-friendly values and attract eco-conscious customers.

 

The minimum order quantity to qualify for the wholesale discount is 50 units, made up of up to 5 different products. We have recommended packages for retailers which are available upon request. Retailer sample kits are available for purchase upon request.
