2-5 days - this allows us plenty of time to make fresh products that we may not already have in stock, get them packaged and send them out to you!
Postage times:
We send our parcels through AusPost either Regular or Express as selected by you at the time of checkout. Regular parcel postage is around 4-7 days delivery. Express parcel postage is around 1-3 days delivery. Parcels are sent directly from one of our studios in Childers or Hervey Bay, Queensland.
If you are not 100% satisfied with a product because it arrives not as described or defective in any way, let us know and you can return the product to us for a replacement or refund.

Do not throw away your product if there are any problems - we want to know what exactly has gone wrong in the event of an unsatisfactory product so that it doesn’t happen again! We'll cover postage.
