Postage Times
We send our parcels through AusPost - either Regular or Express post as selected by you at the time of checkout. Parcels are sent directly from our studio Hervey Bay, Queensland. Times shown below don't include processing time.

> Express parcel postage is 1-3 days delivery.
Collection Times
Collection is available from Hervey Bay and Nambour, Queensland. If you select collection at checkout, you will receive an email notification when your items are ready to collect. Collections are subject to processing times.
Returns Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with a product, it arrives not as described, or is defective in any way, please let us know and you can return the product to us for a replacement or refund.
Do not throw away the product, if there are any problems we want to know exactly what has gone wrong so that it doesn’t happen again! We'll cover the postage back to us!
Unfortunately, due to the nature of our handmade, small-batch products, returns cannot be accepted simply for a change of mind.

ACTIVATED CHARCOAL POWDER, PEPPERMINT (MENTHA PIPERITA) LEAF POWDER
Gently brush with Charcoal Teeth Whitening Powder 3 times per week.
Dip moistened toothbrush into powder. Use circular motions for two minutes at a time. Expel and rinse. Follow with regular brushing, flossing and tongue cleaning.
If you have any dental work (crowns, veneers, etc), patch test on a small area to ensure charcoal does not stain the specific material.
