Step 1: Cleansing Oil
With a dry face, take a few good drops of cleansing oil and massage into the face for around 1 minute, focusing of specific problem areas of oiliness, dryness or blemishes. This step dissolves your skins excessive and built-up oils with plant oils, ready for the next step.
Step 2: Refreshing Foam Cleanser
Wash the face with 2-3 pumps of foaming cleanser and warm water, using circular motions for at least 1 minute, again focusing on problem areas. Rinse thoroughly. This step draws the diluted sebaceous oils out from your pores to the surface of the skin, ready for the next step.
Step 3: Exfoliating Gel Cleanser
Take a coin-sized amount of Gel Cleanser and warm water, washing the face thoroughly, scrubbing for at least 1 minute. Rinse thoroughly. This step scrubs away the oils and debris brought to the surface of the skin in the last two steps.
Lastly, moisturize afterwards using either After Shave Balm, Beard Balm, Beard Oil or Everyday Lotion!
Processing Times
2-5 days - this allows us plenty of time to make fresh products that we may not already have in stock, get them packaged and send them out to you!
Postage Times
We send our parcels through AusPost - either Regular or Express post as selected by you at the time of checkout. Parcels are sent directly from our studio Hervey Bay, Queensland. Times shown below don't include processing time.
> Regular parcel postage is 4-7 days delivery.
> Express parcel postage is 1-3 days delivery.
Collection Times
Collection is available from Hervey Bay and Nambour, Queensland. If you select collection at checkout, you will receive an email notification when your items are ready to collect. Collections are subject to processing times.
Returns Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with a product, it arrives not as described, or is defective in any way, please let us know and you can return the product to us for a replacement or refund.
Do not throw away the product, if there are any problems we want to know exactly what has gone wrong so that it doesn’t happen again! We'll cover the postage back to us!
Unfortunately, due to the nature of our handmade, small-batch products, returns cannot be accepted simply for a change of mind.
