We send our parcels through AusPost - either Regular or Express post as selected by you at the time of checkout. Parcels are sent directly from our studio Hervey Bay, Queensland. Times shown below don't include processing time.

Collection Times
Collection is available from Hervey Bay and Nambour, Queensland. If you select collection at checkout, you will receive an email notification when your items are ready to collect. Collections are subject to processing times.

If you are not 100% satisfied with a product, it arrives not as described, or is defective in any way, please let us know and you can return the product to us for a replacement or refund.
Do not throw away the product, if there are any problems we want to know exactly what has gone wrong so that it doesn’t happen again! We'll cover the postage back to us!

BATH SOAK CRYSTALS
Add 2 scoops to dissolve in your foot bath, or 5 scoops to a warm bath tub. Soak and relax for 15+ minutes.

EXFOLIATING COFFEE MASK
Cleanse the face as usual and pat dry. Mix 2 scoops of powder together with 2 scoops of water to produce a paste. Apply all over face (avoiding getting it too close to the eye area), scrubbing in circular motions for 2-3 minutes. Leave for 15 minutes and then rinse well. Follow with moisturizing routine. Repeat 2-3 times per week.

ALOE & ALMOND HAND LOTION
Massage 1-2 pumps of hand lotion on to clean hands daily, or as often as required or desired.

LIP BALM
Apply liberally to lips as often as required or desired to maintain smooth, hydrated lips.
