If you are not 100% satisfied with a product because it arrives not as described or defective in any way, let us know and you can return the product to us for a replacement or refund.
Do not throw away your product if there are any problems - we want to know what exactly has gone wrong in the event of an unsatisfactory product so that it doesn’t happen again! We'll cover postage.
Unfortunately, due to the handmade nature of our products, returns are not accepted simply for a change of mind.
Processing times:
2-5 days - this allows us to make fresh any products that we don't already have in stock, get them packaged and send them out to you!Postage times:
Standard postage can take up to 8 days to arrive after shipping.
Express postage is between 1-2 days after shipping.Parcels are sent directly from one of our studios in Childers or Hervey Bay, Queensland.

We send our parcels through AusPost - either Regular or Express post as selected by you at the time of checkout. Parcels are sent directly from our studio Hervey Bay, Queensland. Times shown below don't include processing time.
> Regular parcel postage is 4-7 days delivery.
> Express parcel postage is 1-3 days delivery.
Collection Times
Collection is available from Hervey Bay and Nambour, Queensland. If you select collection at checkout, you will receive an email notification when your items are ready to collect. Collections are subject to processing times.
