Processing Times

2-5 days - this allows us plenty of time to make fresh products that we may not already have in stock, get them packaged and send them out to you!

Postage Times

We send our parcels through AusPost - either Regular or Express post as selected by you at the time of checkout. Parcels are sent directly from our studio Hervey Bay, Queensland. Times shown below don't include processing time.

> Regular parcel postage is 4-7 days delivery.

> Express parcel postage is 1-3 days delivery.

Collection Times

Collection is available from Hervey Bay and Nambour, Queensland. If you select collection at checkout, you will receive an email notification when your items are ready to collect. Collections are subject to processing times.

Returns Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with a product, it arrives not as described, or is defective in any way, please let us know and you can return the product to us for a replacement or refund.

Do not throw away the product, if there are any problems we want to know exactly what has gone wrong so that it doesn’t happen again! We'll cover the postage back to us!

Unfortunately, due to the nature of our handmade, small-batch products, returns cannot be accepted simply for a change of mind.

Every ingredient we use is carefully selected for its purity and benefits. We source all of our ingredients from reputable suppliers within Australia.

Natural AF products are handmade, packaged and sent from our lab in beautiful Hervey Bay, Queensland by our artisan, qualified organic skincare formulator.
